Book We Care Connection - the 6 Month Support Program

Twelve(12) Sessions Total
One online session per month (1st Wednesday of the month, 1:00-3:00pm)
One in-person session per month (3rd Wednesday of the month, 1:00-3:00pm, at 5755 Allenby Road, Duncan, BC)
Informal respite care is available for loved ones with dementia during the 6 in-person sessions, if needed

I understand that if we are attending both the support group for caregivers and the social group for people living with dementia (informal respite), we will be asked to pay $30 for the informal respite program, once our registration is reviewed. We will be invoiced by email, and can pay online in advance or by cheque on March 19, prior to the start of the session at 1pm.* *
